Printed circle

The face of the button is always 58 mm. The printed circle is wider so the picture folds around the rim, and tick marks show where the face ends.

65 mmA short wrap — least picture lost over the rim. 68 mmThe usual size for a 58 mm press. 70 mmA deeper wrap for presses that fold more paper under.

Pick the same paper in the print box: 8.5 × 11 in
Scale: 100% — never "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit"
Margins: Default or None

If a circle ever comes out the wrong size, the print box was set to fit the page instead of 100%.
